Role Overview:
As a People & Digital Business Analyst at Worley, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation within the People function. You will collaborate with HR leaders, technology teams, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage digital solutions, including Workforce AI and People Technology, to improve talent management, workforce planning, and overall organizational effectiveness. This role requires a blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to create impactful people solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within the People function.
- Partner with HR leaders to define strategic priorities and develop roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives.

- Evaluate and recommend People Technology solutions, including Workforce AI platforms, to address specific business needs.
- Lead the development of business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and ROI projections, to support investment decisions.
- Collaborate with technology teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital solutions, identifying areas for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in People Technology and Workforce AI, and share insights with the team.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and communication plans to support the adoption of digital solutions.
- Support the development and execution of change management strategies to ensure successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough business analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within the People function.
- Strong understanding of People Technology solutions, including Workforce AI platforms and HRIS systems.
- Ability to develop compelling business cases and ROI projections.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in strategy consulting or people consulting is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Adaptability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- 10-18 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Talent & Organisation, Strategy Consulting, Workforce Solutions, People Consulting, or People Technology.
