Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Outreach
- Identify, research, and generate high-quality B2B leads across industries and target accounts.
- Connect with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers via LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Build and maintain prospect lists and pipelines using CRM and outreach tools.
Performance Marketing (Paid Campaigns)
- Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta.
- Help refine targeting, messaging, and creatives to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Research new audience segments, platforms, and growth opportunities for B2B demand generation.
Email & Nurture Marketing
- Support execution of email marketing campaigns and automated drip sequences for B2B prospects and decision-makers.
- Assist with contact segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing of email campaigns.
- Monitor engagement metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve campaign effectiveness.
Event & Partnership Support
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing webinars, conferences, and industry events.
- Support outreach to partners, speakers, and attendees before and after events to maximize participation and lead capture.
- Help track event performance, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-ups.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse growth and demand generation performance using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns with performance data.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interest in B2B growth marketing, lead generation, and demand creation.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, email tools, and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) is a plus.
- Good communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Prior internship, coursework, or certification in digital, growth, or performance marketing preferred.
