Product Manager

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Product Manager with 8+ years of experience to join our team. This is a purely equity-based role, with no fixed or immediate monetary compensation. The position is best suited for individuals who are excited about building products from the ground up and are motivated by long-term growth, ownership, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and launch products
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
• Translate business needs into clear product specifications
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle
• Conduct market and user research to inform decisions
• Track performance metrics and iterate based on insights

• Experience in product management or similar role
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in an early-stage/startup environment
