Responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department and supporting the overall goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Implement and oversee employee recognition programs.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Conduct training and development programs.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits and prepare reports as required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in payroll processing and related tasks.
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics.

- Support HR projects and initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Development:
- Ensure to create employee engagement calendar.
- Works on plans for employee development and career progressions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or related field.
