Country Head - Agri Commodity

Business Development & Trading :
- Develop and expand the company's Agri commodity trading business in Ivory Coast and surrounding markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, suppliers, customers, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead commercial negotiations for procurement and sales contracts.
- Monitor market trends, commodity prices, competition, and industry developments.
- Achieve trading volume and profitability targets.
Procurement & Supply Chain :

- Oversee sourcing and procurement of agricultural commodities from local markets.

- Ensure smooth coordination of logistics, warehousing, shipment, and export operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, aggregators, suppliers, and government agencies.
- Ensure timely execution of contracts and delivery commitments.
Operations Management :
- Manage day-to-day country operations including trading, finance coordination, administration, and compliance.
- Ensure operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Monitor inventory, quality control, and risk management processes.

- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and internal controls.
Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and develop the local country team.
- Drive a high-performance and collaborative work culture.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives.
Financial & Compliance Management :
- Monitor country P&L, budgeting, and financial performance.
- Coordinate with finance teams on payments, receivables, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, trade regulations, taxation, and company policies.
