Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education courses in FinTech and related areas.
• Design and update curriculum aligned with global industry developments and academic standards.
• Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals.
• Supervise doctoral, postgraduate, and project-based research students.
• Build strong linkages with industry, startups, regulators, and financial institutions.
• Contribute to case development, curriculum innovation, and experiential learning.
• Lead funded research projects, conferences, workshops, and academic initiatives.
  
• Participate in academic governance, accreditation, and institutional development.
• Mentor faculty and students in research, publications, and professional development.
• Represent the university at national and international academic and industry forums.
