Job Description

**Role Overview:**
You will be responsible for various financial activities such as month-end close, quarter-end, and year-end closing, along with the preparation and submission of MIS reports like Flash report, Balance Sheets, and rolling forecasts. Additionally, you will conduct monthly analysis of P&L and Balance sheet items, handle statutory auditors and internal auditors, manage day-to-day accounting activities, and ensure SOX compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Responsible for Month end close, Quarter end & Year-end closing and related reporting requirements to parent company.
- Timely preparation & submission of Various MIS reports like Flash report, Balance Sheets, Profitability reports, rolling forecasts etc. and its monitoring.
- Monthly analysis of P&L and Balance sheet items, highlighting major variances/observations to management.
- Handling statutory Auditors as well as Internal Auditors to ensure smooth audit conduct.
- Managing day-to-day accounting activities of the agency.
- Handling GL related queries through mails & calls from OPCO Team, Interdepartment, Agency & Region.
- Ensuring SOX Compliance.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Graduate with minimum 3-5 years of experience in GL and accounting department.
