As we continue this journey, there is a need for an ERP Data Migration Analyst, EMEA to support the Maconomy Core Global ERP rollout programme in the EMEA countries.

The Maconomy Core Programme has been running for over 6 years and has developed a global template solution which has been implemented in 13 countries covering approx. 25,000 users.

The ERP Data Migration Analyst, EMEA will support the ERP Data Migration Architect and the ERP Data Migration Lead to manage all data migration workstream activities and deliverables.

What youll be doing:

• Support the ERP Data Migration Architect and ERP Data Migration Lead to manage all data migration workstream activities and deliverables
• Support and take responsibility when required of ensuring all data migration workstream activities and deliverables are of right quality and to schedule
• Support the ERP Data Migration Lead with the data requirements gathering, coordinating ETL development, legacy to target mapping, and cleansing activities involving Shared Service Centre (SSC) Data Team, Business Data Team, and 3 rd party Technical Team
• Understand how the data is used within the target platform (this includes data definitions, relationships, and constraints) to assess and manage the implications for data migration from a technology (ETL) and business cleansing perspective
• Provide expertise on ERP data migration of Master and Transactional data
• Support with developing, and executing data quality cycles, dress rehearsals and cutover plans, including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details.
• 
  Work with the SSC Data Team and legacy subject matter experts to analyse and assess the quality and readiness of legacy data to be migrated and advise on data cleansing issues.
• Work with Design and Functional Leads to understand the country-specific requirements and their implications for data migration and ensure they are accounted for in the data migration solution.
• Ensure all work activities associated with the identification, cleansing, enrichment, extract, transform and load of data from legacy systems into Maconomy is auditable and accurate.
• Locate and define new data migration process improvement opportunities and develop best practice, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities.

What youll need:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (must be fluent in English), as well as strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Must have experience of working on projects where the business stakeholders are based in EMEA.
• Background in large data conversion projects, with multiple data sources from varying data models utilizing Maconomy/SAP/Oracle/Workday FINS and PSA/similar as target
• Consulting experience in ERP functionality and design, data cleansing and migration projects backed by strong understanding of ETL processes, data cleansing and data loading for master and transactional data.
• Good knowledge of finance and accounting
• Relevant business knowledge of master and transactional data types and their typical use in ERP systems across the entire functional scope (OTC, R2R and P2P process areas)
• Ability to identify, clarify, and appropriately resolve, or escalate issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Strong communication and presentation skills – to present data concepts in a meaningful way
• Excellent coordination and organizing skills.
• Confidence in challenging situations, able to inform senior management and work under pressure.
• Dogged, determined and attention to detail essential.
