We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Franchise Sales

Intern. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales within

the franchise industry. As a Franchise Sales Intern, you will be responsible for various aspects

of the sales process, including cold calling, lead follow-up, and managing data efficiently. The

ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong

work ethic. This is a remote position with flexible working hours.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct cold calling to potential franchise leads.

2. Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

3. Manage Excel sheets proficiently to organize and track leads effectively.

4. Demonstrate knowledge of proforma invoices, out voices, and related terms.

5. Handle sales-related tasks smoothly and efficiently.

**Requirements:**

1. Proficiency in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.

2. Bachelors degree in any discipline.

3. Previous experience in cold calling was preferred.

4. Strong organizational and time management skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Comfortable with remote work and flexible working hours.

**Working Conditions:**

- Work from home.

- Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week.

- Stipend: Fixed at INR 5000 per month.

- Bonus: INR 10,000 bonus for every successful conversion.

Here is the breakdown of your compensation:

- Stipend: Rs 5000
