Job Description

We are looking for Merchandising Expert for Delhi and Chennai location who will play a crucial role in retail and product management. It includes providing comprehensive training and ongoing support for optical store staff, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with various teams. Regular activities and initiatives are essential to maintain staff engagement and drive faster results. Dedicated in-store support is crucial to sustain growth and accelerate progress.
What will you do
1.Product Display Analysis:
- Design and maintain attractive product displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales, while analyzing sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions on product placement.
2.Technical Assistance:
- Prepare and maintain equipment for audiological assessments and treatments.
- Conduct basic hearing screenings/diagnostics under the supervision of audiologists.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and software.
3. Administrative Support:
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up procedures.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Patient Care:
- Explain procedures and answer questions regarding audiological tests and treatments.
- Provide support and reassurance to patients during assessments.
- Assist in the fitting, adjustment, and maintenance of hearing aid.
- Coordinate with audiologists to ensure seamless patient care.
5. Staff Training and Support:
- Provide comprehensive training for optical store staff.
- Offer ongoing handholding and support to maintain staff engagement.
6. Market Research and Team Collaboration:
- Analyze market trends to inform business decisions and collaborate with teams to align strategies with market demands, ensuring cohesive strategy implementation and fostering a collaborative environment to drive success.

What you bring
- 2-3 Years of Work Experience in Retail or Merchandising role.
- Graduation in Science.
- Additional certification or coursework in healthcare administration.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
