Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable with strong expertise in credit assessment, collections, and customer aging management. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow, supporting sales operations, and ensuring compliance with company credit policies.
What You Will Do
Credit Control & Order Releasing

• Review customer credit limits and approved payment terms according to company credit policies.
• Evaluate customer collection commitments, historical payment behavior, current aging status, and outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with customers and Sales teams to obtain revised collection plans where payment performance is unsatisfactory.
• Approve or place sales orders on hold based on credit risk assessments.
  

Collections & Cash Inflow Monitoring

• Follow up with customers to ensure timely receipt of payments via HighRadius.
• Track adherence to agreed payment commitments and flag delays for escalation.
• Monitor customer aging buckets and overdue trends to mitigate credit risks.
• Identify high-risk and chronically delayed accounts and update relevant internal stakeholders.
• Recommend corrective actions (revised terms, restrictions, etc.) to protect cash flow.
  
  

Customer On‑boarding & Master Data Management

• Review new customer applications and documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Assign and approve credit limits and payment terms for new customers, ensuring alignment with credit policy and Sales recommendations.
• Support new account creation and ensure accurate customer master data.
• Maintain updated customer details such as email IDs, phone numbers, billing/shipping addresses, etc.
  

Reporting & Systems Management

• Prepare and review periodic Accounts Receivable MIS reports.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel is desirable.
• Share daily reports such as sales performance, updated customer aging, and collection status.
• Provide the Sales team with detailed insights on orders on hold and pending issues.
  

Credit Note Management & Customer Payment Adjustments

• Process and review credit notes for marketing schemes, demo units, cash discounts, and early‑payment incentives.
• Manage HCC‑related benefit credit notes and customer payments.
• Coordinate with the Accenture team for cash application activities and reconciliation.

Experience
What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, credit control, collections, and aging management.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
  

Personal competencies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple departments.
• Fluent in English.
