Job Description

What role you will play in team: You will advise clients on the design, implementation, and management of their life insurance benefit plans, ensuring these plans are aligned with their business objectives and employee needs.

What you will do: You will conduct needs assessments, develop benefit proposals, and present recommendations to clients while collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Key responsibility:

  • Conducting needs assessments with clients to understand their employee benefits requirements.
  • Developing and presenting proposals for life insurance benefit plans.
  • Advising clients on the design, implementation, and management of their benefit plans.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Negotiating contracts with insurance providers.
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Staying abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, human resources).
  • Experience in employee benefits consulting, with a focus on life insurance.
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
