Finance And Operation Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Operations Manager to manage the financial health and operational efficiency of Wynd Motors. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and business operations to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee and manage the Finance and Accounting operations of the business.

-Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

- Oversee import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

-Monitor warehouse and inventory management to reduce operational inefficiencies.

-Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and procedures.

-Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

-Monitor and manage cash flow, expenses, and financial risks.

-Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations within the finance department.

-Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations.

-Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

-MBA in Finance preferred.

-Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Finance or Operations.

-Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

-Experience in the automotive industry is beneficial.

Salary: 40,000-50,000 per month based on prior experience
