Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate should have hands-on experience inmanaging campaigns, troubleshooting performance issues,scaling accounts, managing budgets, and driving ROI, while also demonstrating confidence in client communication and account management.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Understand business needs and client Requirements, and deliver within the agreed time
- Scale accounts effectively while ensuring strong ROI.
- Monitor and report the campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Manage clients ad hocasks

- MBA preferred
- Bachelors degree with Digital Marketing or equivalent Certification
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
