Position: Database / Etl Test Manager
About the Role
Manage end-to-end testing projects including planning, estimation, scheduling, execution, tracking, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead ETL and Data Warehouse testing initiatives within insurance programs.
- Understand insurance source systems, data flows, transformations, and downstream reporting.
- Validate source-to-target mappings, business rules, aggregates, and data transformations.
- Participate in requirement analysis to define test strategy, approach, and deliverables.
- Review and approve test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data.

- Coordinate with business, data engineering, and reporting teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Manage defect lifecycle including triage, root cause analysis, and closure.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Track QA metrics, dashboards, and provide status reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with QA processes, data quality standards, and audit requirements.
- Lead and mentor QA team members and manage performance.
- Support pre-release, post-release, and production validation testing.
