Chartered Accountant (CA), ICWA, or ICAEW (UK qualification preferred)

810 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including leadership and operational oversight

Demonstrated ability to lead departments or service lines with full P&L accountability

Expertise in accounting, taxation, compliance, and team building

Experience managing Indian and/or UK-based clients is highly desirable

Excellent communication, client servicing, and stakeholder management skills

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive growth

Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to execute and scale

Lead and drive the full operations of a specific department/vertical within the firm

Manage team performance, client satisfaction, profitability, and quality of deliverables

Identify growth opportunities and innovate service delivery models

Oversee all end-to-end processes including strategic planning, execution, and monitoring

Serve as the entrepreneurial leader of the department, with ownership of outcomes

Provide mentorship to team members and support their professional development

Regularly assess market opportunities and initiate client acquisition strategies

Prepare the department for long-term expansion into the UK, supporting global service delivery

Contribute to leadership discussions, quarterly reviews, and firm-wide growth plans
