Chief Marketing Officer

XDuce is a global tech group delivering digital engineering, AI-driven products, cybersecurity and compliance solutions across markets. With multiple brands under our umbrella, were scaling our presence and looking to elevate our marketing leadership in India.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced CMO to lead and integrate marketing across all group brands: shaping brand architecture, defining voice and tone, driving digital & social-media strategies, and owning campaign execution. While we have in-house teams, this role reports into the global leadership and expects the candidate to bring agency-grade strategy, overseeing execution, and aligning our India hub with global goals.

What Youll Own

• Build and own the brand narrative across the group: voice, positioning, communications strategy.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, content, demand gen) across US and international markets.
• Partner with internal teams (creative, performance, product) and external agencies to deliver measurable growth.
• 
  Define marketing KPI frameworks, evaluate channel performance, and drive continuous optimisation.
• Align US + India marketing operations (Ahmedabad/Pune) with global centres, ensuring executional excellence and cost discipline.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• 15+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally with agency background and managing enterprise/tech brands.
• Proven track record in strategy-first marketing: brand building, voice/tone definition, campaign architecture.
• Strong digital & social media acumen: storytelling, performance marketing, analytics orientation.
• Experience leading teams in India and collaborating with global leadership.
• Excellent business acumen: ability to translate marketing into measurable business outcomes and growth.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic multi-brand environment where youll shape structure and process.

• Work from India (Ahmedabad or Pune) while being connected to global leadership and decision-making.
