Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Head with deep expertise in .NET, Angular, React, and Microsoft Azure to lead our technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong architectural vision, hands-on development skills, and leadership capabilities to manage and mentor engineering teams. This role demands strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and the ability to drive innovation in alignment with business goals.

• Lead end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of applications.
• Define technical roadmaps, standards, and best practices across .NET, Angular, React, and Azure platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Scrum Masters, QA Managers, product managers, business analysts, and UX/UI designers.
• Oversee software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of developers and engineers across multiple technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance productivity and scalability.
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and compliance with industry standards.
• Drive cloud adoption strategies and manage Azure services (App Services, Functions, DevOps, etc.).
• Handle budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management for technical projects.
• Represent the technology function in executive meetings and communicate with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of software development experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in:
• .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / C#
• Angular (latest versions)
• React.js
• Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Storage, etc.)
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and deep understanding of design patterns and software architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
