Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join our team and lead the development of production?ready AI agents using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. This role requires expertise in building scalable, secure, agentic AI systems that can operate autonomously across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using the Amazon Bedrock AgentCore platform
• Build multi?agent workflows with agent?to?agent (A2A) communication capabilities
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and OAuth?enabled services
• Develop custom tools and integrations through AgentCore Gateway (AWS services, third?party APIs, Lambda functions)
• Optimize agent performance, token usage, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement policy controls and governance

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python
• AI/ML Frameworks:
  
  Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Strands Agents, or similar agentic frameworks
• Cloud Platform: Hands?on experience with AWS services
• Model Context Protocol (MCP):
• Deep understanding of MCP architecture
• Experience building and consuming MCP servers and clients
• Ability to implement standardized tool access and agent?to?tool communication

Agentic AI Development

• Proven experience building and deploying production AI agents
• Understanding of agent orchestration, tool calling, and multi?step reasoning
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimization
• Knowledge of vector databases and memory systems for context retention
• Familiarity with agent evaluation and quality monitoring
• Hands?on experience developing MCP servers to expose tools and resources
• Experience building

• Understanding of AgentCore Gateway for tool integration
• Experience with AgentCore Identity for OAuth and credential workflows
• Familiarity with AgentCore Observability
