Project Manager Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and manage agile projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and organizational skills with an in-depth understanding of Agile/Scrum practices to drive collaboration, remove impediments, and enhance team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Agile Project Management

• Lead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

1. Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices, principles, and tools to promote self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and ensure the team remains focused on sprint goals.

1. Stakeholder Management

• 
  Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is prioritized and aligned with business needs.

1. Team Collaboration and Performance

• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and transparency within the team.
• Identify and address team performance issues through coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure a positive and collaborative team environment that supports high performance.

1. Risk and Change Management

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
• Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).

• Professional Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Proven track record of managing Agile projects in [industry/domain].
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent).
