Now, were looking for a Field Sales Executive who can drive our sales efforts and forge strong relationships with customers.
Your Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for promoting and selling our bath fittings and accessories to customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers, including builders, contractors, architects, and interior designers, dealers and distributors to introduce them to our product range and convert leads into sales.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with personalised solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our bath fittings and accessories, staying up-to-date with product features, specifications, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets by actively prospecting for new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing feedback to the management team for continuous improvement and product development.
- Proven track record in field sales, preferably in bath fittings or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and achieve sales goals.
- Self-motivated and independent, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Valid drivers licence with own vehicle and willingness to travel within assigned territory (within or outside Delhi).
