Job Description

    As a Senior Marketing Analyst at our company, you will be reporting to the Lead of Marketing Analytics in a contract position. Your expertise in business intelligence (BI), data storytelling, and understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and ABM strategies will be crucial for this role.
    Your responsibilities will be divided among three core focus areas:
    - **Business Intelligence & Reporting**:
    - Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to support funnel visibility and marketing performance.
    - **Data Analysis and Validation**:
    - Ensure data accuracy and completeness throughout the full buyer journey.
    - **Data Storytelling & Strategic Insight**:
    - Turn data into actionable insights to drive campaign decisions and go-to-market strategies.
    In this role, you will:
    - **Own reporting**:
    - Build, manage, and scale dashboards and reports for marketing funnel performance, ABM programs, and pipeline impact.
    - **Validate and audit data**:
    - Ensure data accuracy across marketing automation, CRM, and attribution systems.
    - **Tell stories with data**:
    - Analyze performance data, extract trends, and synthesize insights to shape marketing strategy.
    - **Present performance insights**:
    - Deliver clear presentations tailored to marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders.

    - Train colleagues to understand key funnel metrics and use BI tools for data-informed decisions.
    Qualifications we are looking for:
    - **6+ years of B2B marketing experience** focused on analytics, BI, or marketing operations.
    - Proven expertise in **BI tools** (preferably Power BI) for designing and building dashboards.
    - Strong analytical skills with SQL and spreadsheets, ETL experience is a plus.
    - Familiarity with **B2B funnels, attribution models**, and ABM techniques/tools like 6sense, Demandbase.
    - Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pardot.
    - A talent for **data storytelling** and presenting complex metrics to non-technical stakeholders.
    This is a **full-time** position, and the preferred experience level is 6 years as a Marketing Analyst. The work location is in person.,
