We're a high-growth, Series B-backed SaaS startup powering the next generation of eCommerce brands. Our platform simplifies and automates everything from logistics to analytics for D2C and B2B players across India and beyond. As we scale aggressively, we're building a category-defining team - and we're looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to help lead that charge.
The Role:
We're hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition who will drive our hiring engine end-to-end - from employer branding to closing top-tier talent across Tech, Product, GTM, and Operations. You'll lead a small but growing TA team and work closely with senior leadership to build the team that builds the business.
- TA Strategy: Shape the hiring roadmap to meet business objectives across functions and levels.
- Team Leadership: Build, coach, and scale a high-performing recruitment team.
- Process Design: Optimize every stage of the hiring funnel for speed, quality, and experience.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Advise founders and leaders on talent strategy and market benchmarks.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Lead proactive sourcing, referrals, and talent mapping initiatives.
- Candidate Experience: Build a best-in-class experience that reflects our brand and values.
- Employer Brand: Partner with marketing to showcase life at [Startup Name] across platforms.
- Data & Reporting: Track KPIs, hiring velocity, source effectiveness, and funnel analytics.
- Diversity Hiring: Ensure inclusive, equitable hiring practices at every stage.
What We're Looking For:

- Proven success hiring in fast-paced product/SaaS/startup environments.
- Strong understanding of tech and non-tech roles, especially in product-driven orgs.
- Hands-on experience with modern ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, urgency, and building from scratch.
