Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine robust recruitment strategies that align with our company values and strategic objectives.
- Lead recruitment initiatives to meet both short-term and long-term staffing goals, driving our organizational growth.

- Determine staffing requirements for new or open positions and navigate the approval process seamlessly.
- Craft compelling job descriptions that resonate with top talent and establish effective assessment criteria to identify the best candidates.
- Leverage various channels to promote job openings, including print, digital, and social media platforms, both internally and externally.
- Skilfully negotiate job offers and oversee the seamless onboarding of new team members.
- Collaborate closely with hiring team members to define roles and responsibilities, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Demonstrate expertise in talent mapping and pipeline building, anticipating, and addressing critical staffing needs with agility and foresight.

- Implement a results-driven approach to recruitment, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness at every stage of the process.
Requirements:
- Technical graduate with minimum of 6 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment within multinational corporations, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and manage teams of 4-6 individuals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Strong project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering results.
- Collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a commitment to fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Exceptional research capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
