Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager with 812 years of experience to lead our digital acquisition strategy across paid channels. You will:
- Drive growth and scale campaigns
- Manage large digital budgets with a strong focus on ROI
- Play a strategic role requiring deep expertise in performance marketing platforms, data analytics, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
Experience & Background
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing
- Prior experience in a VC-funded startup or high-growth environment based in Bengaluru or similar markets
Proven success managing and scaling paid media campaigns across multiple channels such as:
- Google Ads
- Facebook/Meta
- Programmatic DSPs
- Experience managing large marketing budgets (5 Crores+ / \$700K+ annually) with demonstrated ability to optimize spend for maximum ROI
- Track record of growing customer acquisition (CAC) and improving lifetime value (LTV) of users/customers
- Experience in B2C, B2B SaaS, eCommerce, fintech, or related domains preferred
Technical Skills & Tools
- Expert-level proficiency in:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Facebook Business Manager / Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Programmatic advertising platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.)
- Strong data analytics skills with tools like:
- Google Analytics / GA4
- BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- SQL or data querying (preferred)
- Experience with attribution modeling and multi-touch attribution frameworks

- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and integration with paid media strategies
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments
Leadership & Strategy
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of marketers, freelancers, or agencies
- Capable of defining and owning end-to-end performance marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Creative, and
Analytics teams
- Experience building data-driven dashboards and communicating actionable insights to senior leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and adapt quickly

Educational Qualification
