Vice President - Credit & Risk

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the company's credit policies, procedures, and processes for the Micro LAP business, focusing on underwriting frameworks to address risks effectively.
- Develop and review Early Warning System (EWS) reports.
- Periodic review of portfolio in accordance with current Industry scenario and recent RBI Circular, making amendments to Policy accordingly.
- Keeping a tab on external economic environment, regulatory policies and competition with a view to ensure strong business growth.
- Ensuring system automation for improving team efficiency and productivity.
- Using data analytics to develop insights into credit risk trends, identify emerging risks, and optimize credit risk management strategies.
- Ensure robust underwriting practices by setting up efficient workflows and processes for case evaluations.

Qualification and Experience:
- 10- 14 years' experience required in the credit/risk department related to Micro LAP domain.
- CA/CFA qualification with relevant underwriting experience.
- Strong understanding of setting up processes, file work flow.
