Job Description

As a Principal Consultant / Team Lead at XL Advisors, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level technology roles. Your responsibilities will include handling stakeholder engagement with founders, CXOs, and HODs, leading and mentoring a recruitment team by setting targets, tracking performance, and driving outcomes. Additionally, you will act as a trusted partner for clients by understanding their hiring needs and delivering high-quality talent. Your role will require you to balance both individual contribution (IC targets) and team delivery responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level technology roles.

- Handle stakeholder engagement with founders, CXOs, and HODs.
- Lead and mentor a recruitment team - set targets, track performance, and drive outcomes.
- Act as a trusted partner for clients by understanding their hiring needs and delivering high-quality talent.
