Job Title: Account Manager – Amazon Ads (Sponsored Ads)
Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

About the Role
We are looking for performance-driven Account Managers – Amazon Ads to manage and scale Sponsored Ads campaigns for Amazon seller accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazons advertising ecosystem, hands-on execution, and the ability to drive measurable growth in revenue and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) for US accounts
- Execute end-to-end campaign management including keyword research, bid optimization, budget allocation, and A/B testing
- Track and analyze performance using key metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and ROAS
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability
- Conduct regular account audits and implement optimization strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on campaign goals and performance targets
- Monitor marketplace trends and competitor strategies
- Prepare and share performance reports with actionable insights
- Ensure structured campaign setup, segmentation, and ongoing optimization
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns (US marketplace preferred)
- Strong understanding of Amazon Ads console and campaign optimization techniques
- Experience in improving ACOS/ROAS and managing campaign budgets
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.
- Good understanding of the Amazon seller ecosystem (listings, SEO, inventory impact on ads)
- Strong execution focus and attention to detail
