We are building the infrastructure for the next generation of industrial automation in Noida. Experience Required

- 10+ years of experience in growth, business development, or go-to-market roles within deep tech, robotics, industrial automation, or enterprise technology environments.
- As this is a founding role, the compensation structure in the early phase is weighted toward equity and long-term ownership.
Role Description

- This is a full-time hybrid role for the position of Founding Head of Growth located in the Greater Delhi Area, with flexibility for some remote work.

- The Founding Head of Growth will be responsible for driving customer acquisition initiatives, devising and executing growth marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
- The role involves leveraging innovative growth techniques, collaborating across teams, and contributing to the overall strategic growth of the organisation.

- This is a high-stakes founding role with a clear path to becoming a core founding team member.

- Successful execution of early market entry and pilot phases will lead to full founding team status, including a meaningful equity stake, stakeholder voting rights, and participation in company governance.
The Work

- Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy for robotics foundation models and edge devices

- Synthesise insights from industrial pilots to prioritise technical and product roadmaps

- Identify and close strategic partnerships with Robotics OEMs and System Integrators

- Lead the enterprise sales cycle from technical evaluation to pilot and full-scale production

- Build the narrative explaining the role of physical intelligence and world models in enterprise automation

- Navigate procurement cycles of large industrial and manufacturing organisations

- Act as the feedback bridge between customers and the engineering team
Ideal Candidate

- Experience building or scaling 0 to 1 products or companies

- Proven growth or business development leadership in deep tech, robotics, or industrial automation

- Experience selling complex systems or high-ticket hardware to enterprise clients

- Ability to translate customer pain points into actionable product requirements

- Comfortable engaging with both engineering teams and industrial operators

- Strategic thinker who can adapt based on pilot feedback while maintaining long-term vision

- Willing to work closely with the core team in Noida
