Salary: 10 to 13 LPA

Web3 doesnt wait narratives shift overnight, alpha leaks on CT at 2am, and entire ecosystems explode in a week. Were looking for someone who thrives in that chaos someone who can spot trends, shape conversations, and make sure our brand is right in the middle of it all.

• Lead the charge: Own our social + community strategy, guiding the team and syncing with product owners.
• Tell the story: Create content that ties into the hottest narratives modular vs monolithic, EigenLayer restaking, Solana upgrades, ZK privacy, intent-based architectures, and beyond.
• Be where the convo is: Make sure our voice is present in the debates that matter from scaling wars to validator drama to new MEV tricks.
• Move fast:
  
  Jump on high-attention moments (airdrops, upgrades, crazy spikes in on-chain activity) and craft posts while the buzz is peaking.
• Grow the network: Collaborate with KOLs, devs, and ecosystem partners so our message travels through the right circles.
• Back it up with data: Use Dune, Nansen, Flipside (and whatever tools you love) to track whats working, whats not, and fine-tune in real time.

• 24+ years in Web3 marketing, with at least 1 year leading campaigns or teams.
• Youve grown communities around L2s, Solana, Cosmos, ZK rollups, restaking, LRTs, DePIN or you can show us you understand them deeply.
• You can speak two languages: retail-friendly storytelling and technically precise comms.
• You know your way around Web3-native growth tools (Kaito, Zealy, Galxe, Layer3) and analytics platforms (Dune, Nansen, Arkham).
• Comfortable leading a distributed team without losing focus or quality.

• Played across multiple ecosystems (Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, Bitcoin L2s).
• Dabbled in AI + content workflows for Web3 campaigns.
• Experience running campaigns in SEA, MENA, LATAM.
• Can turn dev release notes into high-engagement posts without breaking a sweat.

• You move at the speed of Web3 one moment breaking down a new ZK proof, the next surfing the latest memecoin wave.
• Youve got degen energy but execute with pro polish.
• You dont just work here you act like part of the founding team: proactive, plugged-in, narrative-driven.
