We are looking for passionate individuals to help us spread our brand message and engage with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Process and manage vendor and client invoices, ensuring timely payments.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up as necessary.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers to maintain accuracy.
2. Bookkeeping and Data Entry
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Post journal entries in accounting software.
- Record daily financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
3. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Generate reports for management with accurate financial insights.
4. Bank Reconciliation
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure records match bank statements.
5. Tax and Compliance
- Assist in tax return preparation and ensure adherence to local tax laws.
- Prepare and file VAT/GST returns (where applicable).
6. Month-End and Year-End Closing
- Support financial audits and liaise with auditors as required.
7. General Financial Support
- Assist with financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with departments for budget queries or financial data.
- Support the Finance Dept with ad-hoc tasks and special projects.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Min 2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP etc.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Deadline-driven and detail-oriented.
Additional Requirements
- Familiarity with local tax laws and financial compliance.
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting processes.
