Job Brief

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing campaigns across social media channels. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our social media presence, creating long-form content, and using digital dashboards to measure and improve our performance.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Copywriting & Design: Develop social media content and design to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
• Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
• Digital Dashboards: Use Excel or Google Sheets to monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements and Skills

• 4 years of experience in handling Social Media Channels and Creating Long-form Content
• Ability to rapidly grasp intricate technical concepts and articulate them in written form.
• Capable of producing thoroughly researched articles with relevant citations and references
• Exceptional written skills in English. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Can use Photoshop, Premiere, and Canva to create Social and Website Creatives
• Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Proven experience in content marketing, social media management, and digital marketing analytics.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
