Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding including employee documentation, data entry, and joining formalities
- Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation
- Support recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and managing job postings on recruitment portals
- Process and managepayroll activities internally, including salary calculations and monthly payroll records
- Maintain and update employee data inHR software / HRMS
- Monitor and manageattendance and leave recordsand ensure accuracy for payroll processing
- Address employee queries and ensure clear and effective internal communication

- Handle offboarding activities including exit formalities, clearances, and final documentation
- Manage general administrative and office-related tasks
- Oversee office cleanliness, stationery, and day-to-day office requirements
- Track and manage office expenses and maintain related records
- Coordinate with Accounts and Finance teams for payroll entries, reimbursements, and financial documentation
