Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join our offshore finance team at Xshore, supporting global private equity, investment management, and real estate fund clients. The role involves preparing financial statements, NAV calculations, investor reporting, and managing capital calls/distributions. Youll work directly with CFOs, controllers, and fund managers, gaining exposure to complex fund structures and helping clients scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review fund financial statements, NAV calculations, and investor allocations.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting packages.
• Reconcile cash, investments, and investor accounts.
• Collaborate with auditors, administrators, and tax advisors during audits and reporting cycles.
  
• Ensure compliance with fund structures, partnership agreements, and accounting policies.
• Support CFOs and fund managers with ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Mentor junior accountants and review their deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• 59 years of experience in fund accounting (private equity, hedge funds, or real estate funds preferred).
• Strong knowledge of partnership accounting, investment structures, and US GAAP/IFRS.
• Proficiency in fund accounting software (Investran, eFront, Yardi, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
