Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on identifying, screening, and recruiting top finance and accounting professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance and accounts recruitment and the ability to connect with top talent through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach and screening calls to identify high-caliber finance and accounting professionals.
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
• Assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of top talent for current and future roles.

Get Hired
• Experience in recruitment, with a focus on finance and accounting roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidates qualifications and skills effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work night shifts to align with US hours.
