Business Analyst - Valuations - Private Equity

About the role:
Our client, a leading private equity firm based in Dubai, is looking to onboard experienced Business Analysts with strong valuation expertise to support investment initiatives in the Banking, Insurance and Fintech verticals. This is a full-time, permanent Dubai-based opportunity offering exposure to cutting-edge deals and dynamic markets.
Key Responsibilities:

- Drive detailed financial modeling and valuation (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions) for investments in the banking, insurance or fintech sectors.
- Analyze company fundamentals, unit economics, and value drivers to support investment decisions.
- Support due diligence and contribute to the development of robust investment theses.
- Track sector trends, regulatory shifts, and market benchmarks to inform valuation assumptions.
- Prepare high-quality investment memos, valuation summaries, and portfolio performance reports.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in valuation and private equity
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, business valuation, and investment analysis.
- Strong understanding of valuation drivers across banking, insurance or fintech models
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred
- MBA from a top-tier institute is mandatory (IIMs/ISB/FMS etc.)
This is a permanent role based on-site in Dubai.
