Position Title: Japanese Language Trainer

About the Role

As a Japanese Language Trainer, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging Japanese language lessons, conducting assessments, tracking student progress, and contributing to curriculum development. You will collaborate closely with students to enhance their language proficiency and prepare them for Japanese language certification exams.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold a certified proficiency in Japanese at the N2/N1 level.
• Design and deliver a comprehensive Conversational Japanese course for N5 and N4 levels (Beginners, and Intermediate), catering to diverse student age groups.
• Develop and contribute content for the Online Learning Portal (LMS), including topic-based instructional videos, assignments, quizzes, test papers, and practice exercises.
• Create and produce new teaching materials, including both audio and visual resources.
• Assess and provide constructive feedback on both oral and written student work.
• Actively participate in team activities, such as meetings, discussions, and other internal cultural events.
• Attend training sessions and engage in marketing events for language schools or educational institutions.

  Get Hired
  Oversee the administration and evaluation of exams, as well as other quality assurance activities.
• Manage administrative duties such as maintaining student records and tracking attendance.
• Offer timely feedback to students regarding their assignments, assessments, and mock exams.
• Complete all scheduled 1-on-1 private tutoring sessions promptly.
• Assist students with questions or clarifications as needed.
• Follow up with students for feedback, including their proficiency results and testimonials.
• Contribute to building social media testimonials for your assigned students.
• Collaborate with the team by handling sessions for colleagues as necessary.
• Demonstrate flexibility in meeting the evolving needs of the organization.
