Role Overview:

Drive the hiring journey for creative, production, operations, finance and marketing positions - from job posting to onboarding - ensuring a seamless candidate experience for Yaas. Were now looking for someone to own the hiring hustle - driving quick closures, keeping candidates engaged and making sure every hire adds value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the recruitment cycle end-to-end for creative roles - manage job postings, resume screening, applicant tracking, closing roles and onboarding candidates
• Source via platforms, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assessments in coordination with hiring managers.

• Support offer negotiations and logistics for new hires.
• Ensure extremely tight turnaround times for closures.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for future roles.
• Proactively engage with business stakeholders to identify and plan for current and upcoming openings.
• Contribute insights to TA strategy and process enhancements.

Qualifications:

• 1 - 4 years of proven work in recruitment, ideally within media, creative or digital agencies. (e.g., hiring video editors, producers,copywriters etc.).
• Skilled at identifying strong candidates and driving swift closures. At YaaS, rapid and efficient hiring is critical.
• Skilled in screening, interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Familiar with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
• Proactive problem-solver and quick crisis manager.
