- Role: Training Manager - Sales
- Experience: 3+ years in EdTech sales

- Compensation: Based on the previously drawn CTC
- Work mode: Hybrid (Work from home until the end of Q2, then shift to work from office.)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to onboard, train, and retrain sales hires, equipping them with the skills to succeed in inside sales. This role focuses on continuous improvement and innovation in training methods to ensure Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Team Leaders (TLs) achieve high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and train new BDEs and TLs on Product, Sales Processes, Objection Handling, Closing Techniques, and Sales Tools.
- Continuously innovate and improve training processes to enhance sales team effectiveness.
- Retrain BDEs and TLs to improve quality and performance.
- Provide hands-on coaching through role-plays, mock calls, and assessments.
- Conduct refresher training sessions for the existing sales team on updates in process and product.
- Familiarize teams with CRM, dialers, and other sales tools.
- Work closely with sales leadership to analyze performance gaps and update training modules accordingly.
- Work with cross-functional teams to analyze BDEs strengths and weaknesses and identify training needs.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Edtech sales (inside sales).
- Proven expertise in sales processes, objection handling, and closing techniques.

- Experience training teams on CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
