Who are we looking for

An experienced inside-sales professional who meets the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in EdTech, SaaS, Insurance, Banking, or Healthcare sales.
  • Professional communication skills in Tamil and English (Mandatory).
  • Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

:

  • Connecting with clients (students & parents) and fixing demo sessions with our mentoring team through calls, messages & emails.
  • Building a strong connection with(clients) students and parents, rapport building, analyzing goals, needs, and capabilities of clients.
  • Following up with clients to clear their concerns and negotiations.
  • Meeting sales and revenue goals as per the sales plan (weekly and monthly)
  • Clear documentation of the entire customer journey with precise reasoning in each stage of the sales funnel.

Work Requirements:

  • Laptop with Windows OS (minimum 8GB RAM & 128GB SSD) and a webcam.

Work Schedule:

  • Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Working days: Wednesday - Sunday

Compensation Package: Up to 5 LPA

Probation Period: 2 months
