Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource Admin role located in Kadayampatti. The Human Resource Admin will oversee day-to-day HR management tasks, handle employee relations, support HR operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Additional responsibilities include addressing employee queries, maintaining accurate records, assisting in onboarding procedures, and ensuring a positive and efficient workplace experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) processes
- Excellent Communication and Employee Relations skills
- Experience in delivering outstanding Customer Service to employees

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in HR tools and systems is a plus
