Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Head located in Indore. The Branch Head will oversee branch operations and ensure productivity, lead and manage staff, and develop strategic plans to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing banking collections and recoveries, maintaining client relationships, monitoring branch performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Additionally, the Branch Head will analyze financial reports, identify growth opportunities, and implement operational improvements to achieve targets.

• Experience in Financial Management, Debt Recovery, and Banking Collections
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-Making skills
