Minimum 7-10 yrs of Relevant Experience In GROW With SAP
Should have Excellent communication skills
SAP Concur expertise and understand Professional Services mapped to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Best Practices/ Working Knowledge of CBC, CALM and Test Automation Tool, WalkMe Tool
Should be able to provide solutions on business requirements
The Resource MUST we be Open To Travel as per the Project Demands and Must be willing to Work From Office atleast 3 days per Week, Hyderabad to be the base Work Location
Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Implementation: Lead global rollout phases using the SAP Activate methodology.
• System Integration: Configure SAP Integration with Concur Solutions (ICS) via standard APIs.
• Fit-to-Standard Workshops: Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with global stakeholders to map local tax, currency, and regulatory needs to standard cloud capabilities.
• Master Data Mapping: Align S/4HANA Employee Central/HR data, Vendor Master records, and Cost Centers with Concur user profiles and list management.
• Project Accounting Alignment: Connect Concur Expense types to S/4HANA Public Cloud WBS elements to ensure accurate professional services client billing.
• Financial Configuration: Set up multi-currency clearing accounts, company-paid credit card card feeds, and automated tax/VAT mappings.
  
• Testing & Support: Drive integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare support.
  

Must-Have Technical Skills

• SAP Concur Expertise: Advanced configuration of Concur Expense, Request, Audit Rules, Workflow Routing, and Policy Groups.
• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance: Deep knowledge of cloud scope item 1MO (Travel Expense Processing) and Central Business Configuration (CBC).
• Professional Services Flow: Solid understanding of billable vs. non-billable expense workflows linked to project structures (WBS).
• Cloud Integration Middleware: Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or native ICS communication arrangements.
  

Must-Have Soft Skills & Global Experience

• Global Rollout Track Record: Proven experience deploying Concur across multiple countries with varied localization and tax mandates.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage expectations across disparate finance, IT, and business leadership teams.
• Clean Core Mindset: Commitment to standard cloud functionality, strictly avoiding custom code solutions
• Time Zones: Candidate should be comfortable to work on international time zones and odd working hours

Should work independently and help other team members as needed
Work with teams to develop testing scope, identify and manage risks within project management processes and standards
Participate in daily team meetings to update and track the status and progress of tasks.
Work closely with other module consultants and work closely on the Integration challenges
Knowledge on timesheet and cost booking using timesheet is added advantage
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
Global Template Design and Rollout Experience
Graduatation in B.TECH,B.E, MBA, CA, ICWA from a reputed college/ institution
Certifications (Preferred): SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Concur, or SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition for Financials.
