Role & responsibilities

• Carry out rounds and collect information of all the services rendered to patient previous day.
• To ensure day to day collections / surgeries / clearances
• To explain bills to the patients, counselling regarding day-to-day expenditures, surgery costs etc.
• To carryout rounds and intimate patients about payment of dues and answer their queries in this regard.
• To keep track of occupancy status at any point in time.

• To ensure that the payment is done by the patients
• Report to Manager within TAT about any incidences or escalating issues
• To give the estimation .
• To estimate the expenditure for special procedures
• To be present for emergency admissions and carries out the analysis
• To coordinate with Doctors and other department staff
• To prepare all general correspondence letters received by patients
