Job Purpose

The Medical Camp Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing medical camps smoothly. This role involves coordination with doctors, hospital staff, vendors, and patients while ensuring effective communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end activities of medical camps.
  
• Communicate with patients, doctors, nurses, and support staff in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
  
• Assist in pre-camp planning including location setup, registrations, and logistics.
  
• Maintain patient registration records and basic data documentation.
  
• Guide patients regarding consultation flow and medical procedures.
  
• Support doctors during consultations and ensure crowd management.
  
• 
  Coordinate with vendors for medical equipment, medicines, and camp materials.
  
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth operations at the camp location.
  
• Prepare basic reports after completion of medical camps.
  
• Handle patient queries politely and professionally.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi & English (Mandatory)
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Willingness to work in field and travel for camps
