Executive - Quality Control

Role & responsibilities

• To own YBL's Vision, Values and Mission.
• Good understanding of stem cell research, including hiPSC derivation, characterization, and banking.
• Good understanding of employing analytical techniques such as FACS, qPCR, ICC, and Western immunoblotting.
• Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory notebooks, experiment records, and reports
• Utilize GraphPad software to analyze experimental data, generate plots, and perform statistical analyses
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in adherence to established protocols and standards.
• Good understanding of GMP procedures
• Inventory Management: Tracking of inventory including chemicals and reagent required for analytical support.
• Assist in laboratory management tasks, including inventory management, reagent preparation, SOP and Format preparation etc.

• Flexible about working outside office hours or holidays for critical and time sensitive research and development tasks.

• Any other activities related to smooth functioning of YBL.

Preferred candidate profile

• Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry/ Biochemistry/Biotechnology with 1-5 years of experience in Quality Control.

• Release COAs as per TAT
• On time Planning and Reviewing of verification & validation new products as per specifications submitted by R&D
• Conduct product and process quality checks following established work instructions and sampling plans, and ensure that all products and processes meet the standards, Customer quality requirements, and regulatory requirements and regulatory requisites.
• Should work as informed voice as customers representative in our premises.
• Demonstrates a detailed working knowledge and experience of all relevant regulations in one or more areas of regulatory activity within the organization.
