Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Cloning of genes in E.coli, insect and mammalian expression vectors and sequence verification.
2. Perform and optimize protein expression studies in E.coli and small scale purification by affinity chromatography.

3. Stable cell line development in mammalian cells, starting from transfection to cell banking and expression parameters optimization.
4. Protein expression in Insect cell lines
5. Document the experiments in timely manner and maintain the records.
6. Timely transfer of the process/technology to respective department.
7. Work alongside the seniors in contributing to overall business objective.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate /Doctorate in Biotechnology and /or Life Sciences with 2-7 years.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and scientific reporting
• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
