Sales Executive (HoReCa)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in selling packaging products (such as paper plates, food containers, trays, cups, etc.) to clients in the food and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in Dubai and across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food sector (restaurants, catering companies, supermarkets, food delivery services, etc.)
• Promote and sell a wide range of
  
  packaging solutions including paper plates, disposable food containers, trays, etc.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and adjust sales strategy accordingly.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, finance) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products and generate leads.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-5 years of proven sales experience in the packaging industry

• Strong knowledge of disposable food packaging products (paper plates, containers, trays, cups, etc.)
• Existing client network within the food or HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) industry in Dubai or the wider UAE is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
