Role Description

This is a full-time WFH role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns, creating and implementing social media strategies, optimizing clients' social media presence, and creating content for social media channels. They will also be responsible for communicating regularly with clients and maintaining relationships with them.

A social media marketing manager develops and executes marketing plans to promote a company&aposs products or

services on social media platforms. Their responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining the company&aposs brand
• Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
• Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company&aposs social media accounts
• Analyzing engagement data
• Identifying trends in customer interactions
• Planning digital campaigns to build community online
• Creating content, including text posts, video, and images for use on social media

• Promoting products, services, and content over social media
• Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Hootsuite and Tweet Deck

Social media marketing managers must have:

• Leadership qualities to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent teamworking, collaboration, and networking skills
• Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work across multiple projects
• Project and campaign management skills
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
• Working knowledge of ad serving too

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  Experience in developing content strategy and creating content for social media channels
• Strong writing skills
• Experience with social media management tools and platforms
• Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in managing social media campaigns for businesses is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
