What do we expect from you

• Have 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with AI tools and platforms — including LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), prompt engineering, and AI agent builders — preferably in enterprise or SaaS environments
• Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver on time with minimal supervision
• Have a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Work and strive to deliver a quality product to thrill customers with
• Have been performing spot-on troubleshooting and solving problems in a highly technical, customer-focused service environment
• Understand internal product roadmaps to determine solution gaps that can be solved with custom applications. You interface with product management to provide necessary feedback
• Have experience developing and testing AI-integrated applications — including apps that call LLM APIs, connect to AI platforms, or leverage tools such as LangChain, vector databases, or AI SDKs — across multiple coding languages
• Engineering degree

  1-3 years of experience building AI-powered applications, including working with LLM APIs, AI SDKs, or agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tooling
• Solid understanding of AI tooling and infrastructure — including LLM APIs, vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate), AI orchestration frameworks, and familiarity with prompt design patterns and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Ability to quickly iterate and convert mockups into demonstrable proof of concept
• Experience working with REST APIs and backend integrations
• Willingness and interest to continuously learn and experiment with emerging AI capabilities — including multimodal models, voice AI, and agentic workflows — as they evolve within Yellow.ais NEXUS platform
• A Strong desire to continually learn and work in new languages, services, and technology as needed
• A craving to collaborate with others on your team to find the best solution to the problem at hand
• Seeking solutions to sophisticated problems, often touching many systems and sometimes different technologies
• Passion for technology, software, and building creative solutions and the ability to infect others with your passion
